I lead the intramural netball team, planning and scheduling sessions for over 150 members. I manage a small committee where I have developed several leadership skills. Over the last four months we have…

• Increased our members from 60 to 151, an increase of 151% (record numbers!)
  

• Organised the highest number of matches we have ever had! (more than the past two years combined)
  

• Held our first-ever Movember event! A great match organised against Rugby League to raise money for an incredible cause!
  

• Biggest goal difference win! A score of 73-15 and our first win in two years!
  

• Organised our first ever Christmas ball!

  
  

In 2024, I set up and maintained an Instagram account promoting the club. I grew the page following by 224% and increased content production to 2x per week. Details of this can be found in the ‘My Projects’ section.
