I observed and understood agency life and how you have to be able to adapt and respond to exceptional circumstances promptly and professionally. I worked with the accounts and social media departments and attended key meetings, carrying out research for campaigns. I optimised my organisational and IT skills by curating spreadsheets for the 2023 social media calendar.
